| Registration Opens for Official Camps of Ironman and Ironman 70.3 |

LifeSport Coaching is pleased to announce the 2009 Official Training Camps of Ironman and Ironman 70.3. The camps offer an experience of a lifetime and are ideal for any triathlete preparing for an Ironman or Ironman 70.3 event. Designed for all ability levels, the camps will be led by the "Official Coaches of Ironman" along with top professional triathletes who will inspire and share their tips. The program will include skill development, training sessions, and informative seminars covering nutrition planning, open water swimming, mental strategies, and heat management - all designed to give you your best experience and results on race day. Some camps will include training sessions on the course of a specific event although registration is open to all triathletes regardless of whether you are racing.
