Highly individualized, specific, athlete-focused training built around your goals, experience and schedule. Using Training Peaks, your coach will build a focused plan, track progress, check in with you regularly and be on call for questions, guidance and support. We educate you about the latest technologies, help you with equipment choice and work with you to plan your race season. Swim technique, training with power, sport nutrition, or strength; we can help you with all of it. All coaches are highly educated, experienced and certified. We care about your journey and success!
LANCE WATSON’S TRiCLUB
The TRiCLUB has been offering hundreds of athletes the opportunity to train together and be a part of a fun, coached athletic community. Led by Hall of Fame Coach Lance Watson, Olympian Juliet Thompson Hochman and our team of LifeSport coaches, the TRiCLUB offers 12+ live, online, coached bike, run and strength workouts per week plus athlete education via ChalkTalks, a supported training plan on Training Peaks, Club challenges and engagement through our Facebook and Strava communities. Everyone is improving and having fun…come join us! As a bonus, the TRiCLUB is included for privately coached LifeSport athletes!
ROCKSTARS – A PLACE FOR WOMEN AT LIFESPORT
Channel your inner rockstar! Join the women’s triathlon training group at LifeSport. Run by and for women, our rockstars is open to all women, especially those new to our sport. Recognizing the barriers that sometimes exist to encouraging women to train and race, we support, cheer and inspire women through online, interactive workouts; on WhatsApp and at monthly happy hours; through one-to-one mentoring with coaches and experienced athletes; and at race meet-ups and women-only summer camps. ABOUT LANCE WATSON
Lance has coached for over 30 years at all levels. After coaching Olympic Gold and numerous Ironman Champions, he was inducted into the Triathlon Hall of Fame.
Lance specializes in coaching time-limited athletes of all abilities with busy life schedules who want to maximize their personal potential.
