CAMPS AND CLINICS

LifeSport has hosted camps in Florida, Oregon, Tennessee, North Carolina, Utah, Victoria, Whistler, Penticton, Quebec and Ontario to prepare athletes for events in those locations. We’ve also hosted athlete appreciation camps in our hometown of Victoria to take advantage of our local coaching staff and a beautiful place to train. As races opened up in North America in 2021, we were able to pivot quickly to offer race preparation camps. In 2024, we’re in the planning process, with camps in Oregon and other to-be-determined locations. Read on for more information!

70.3 VICTORIA CLINIC!

This LifeSport race-specific training camp provides an excellent opportunity to learn every detail of the 70.3 Victoria course. Local Coach Dan Smith has raced 70.3 Victoria countless times and coached hundreds of athletes on this course. Dan will offer a full preview and applied practice for this beautiful lake swim, rolling bike course and iconic run around Elk Lake so that you are fully prepared for race day.  He’ll also discuss pacing strategy, nutrition, race week logistics and mental strategy for this course. Join LifeSport coach and two-time 70.3 Oregon champion, Juliet Hochman, for a day of course preview, strategy and fun! June 22, 2025! 

This LifeSport race-specific training camp provides an excellent opportunity to learn every detail of the 70.3 Oregon course. Coach Juliet Hochman, Oregon local, offers a full preview and applied practice for this exciting downriver swim, rolling bike course and run on Minto Brown Island so that you are fully prepared for race day.  We’ll also discuss pacing strategy, nutrition, race week logistics and mental strategy for this course, which offers an awesome experience for beginners and a PR opportunity for veterans!

Hood River, Oregon on the Columbia River Gorge offers spectacular opportunities for unforgettable cycling where athletes will enjoy long climbs gazing at snow-capped volcanoes in both directions. This women-focused camp will include clinics on climbing skills and bike handling as well as endurance rides. June 24-28, 2025!

WOMEN’S GRAVEL CAMP!

Join us for LifeSport’s first-ever gravel camp in Hood River!  September 30-October 4. Registration coming soon! 

Hood River, Oregon on the Columbia River Gorge is home to hundreds of miles of champagne gravel and single track wonder perfect for both beginner and experienced riders. Framed by Mt. Hood to the south and Mt. Adams to the north, the Gorge offers fitness-bumping climbs and skill-building descents to challenge and thrill. This women-focused camp will include clinics on climbing skills and bike handling as well as endurance rides.

Beautiful, iconic rides through varied terrain including the valley’s famous orchards and the plateau’s breezy wheat fields.
